Still waiting for my freebox here in France… Grrr… Amazing… There I was, living in the so-called developing world, I nip down to VNN with my passport and roughly 1,500,000 Vietnamese dong, sign a few papers and ten minutes later an ‘engineer’ offers me a lift on his motorbike back to my gaff. The DSL connection is up and running within one hour. Whollop. Fastforward to the developed world and Toulouse, France. And… we wait… and we wait… and we wait… escargotlike. Alors, I’ve been working out of the rather good Interlude Cafe at 14 & 15 place Jeanne d’Arc for the past few weeks. The service is excellent. Very efficient and friendly. The coffee is marvellous. The croque monsieur ain’t bad. The wifi is free. The music is good – despite the odd foray into Norah Jones – Comfortable too, here are a few pics. All in all, it’s a place I would highly recommend. Will blog it good and proper when I am DSLed.
