Not only is Juice the place for (possibly) the only lamb burger in Vietnam, but it also sells freshly squeezed Wheat Grass juice. The deep green juice is apparently a hipster health drink down under. It’s marketed as a colon workout in a shot glass and at Juice, the bumph tells me that a single shot is the equivalent of eating "2 kilograms of fresh vegetables". It has quite a distinctive, unappetizing grass aroma and tastes… well… like grass. Pretty rank really. Living in Saigon, where I can nip out to grab a cooling, and tasty, rau ma on pretty much any street corner and for a fraction of the cost, I doubt I’ll be back for more wheat grass anytime this century.
