Liquid spinach... yum

A couple more thirst sappers comin' at ya' live and direct from Ben Thanh market. The jolly green giant above is Rau Ma. It's slightly bitter, but extremely refreshing. If you can imagine drinking spinach, you've not only got a vivid, if odd, imagination, but you have a pretty good idea of what this tastes like. It's made by liquidizing pennywort and bungin' in some ice. It's a healthtastic snip at 4,000VD

Sweet tooths will find favour with one of a myriad of fruit shake (Sinh To) concoctions available. That tasty pink number is a pieman original, strawberry and coconut - sinh to dua/dau - OK - not terribly original, but it's 'triffic and only 6,000VD - I think, sorry can't remember.
