These kind of pavement tea stalls are some of the best places to hang out in Hà Nội. I say stalls, but really it’s more of a case of the stall holder moving a bunch of stuff from their living into a vacant spot on the pavement. You can find them everywhere. Tea, coffee and soft drinks during the daytime. Perhaps a shot of homemade crow whisky from an old Hennessy or Chivas bottle after dark. I used to come here a fair bit.
