Is there something wrong with this advertisement?

I found this while browsing through the latest edition of Food & Wine Magazine - which was very kindly sent to me. I helped out with the 2008 Go List. There's something not quite right about this advert. Or is it just me?

I think she is selling chao, not pho.

pieman, this kind of sloppiness is all over the place. At least once every other month I catch a similar gaffe in a major food magazine - misspelled foreign food, miscaptioned picture, mistranslation of a dish, wrong ingredients attributed to a dish, description of a dish that's just plain off, misattribution of a dish's origin ... But I think you know that in the end expertise isn't highly valued in alot of these venues (adverts included).

Perhaps with her right arm she's dragging along a big cart with noodles, a couple of briskets, two whole chickens and a huge pot of boiling stock.

Or maybe not.
