I am very impressed about the vietnamese Pho's subject on the world. I'd ever eaten the Pho in Hanoi, Saigon, Paris, London, Rome, Lyon, Frankfurt, etc... The basic of Pho is the rice vermicelli and beef but there is a lot of variety, some bowl is very good some other is better but finally, I got the idea that Pho just like the italian pizza in the world, the base is la pasta but the different taste that may be or depend on "servi avec d'amour" (served with love!) :-)
